
Supernature

Supernature is an organic store dedicated to sharing the benefits of organic living, sourcing from ethical organic producers. For my final year project, I worked with my partner, Ines Pang, to rebrand Supernature to embody freshness, authenticity and empowerment. For expats and local millennials, healthy eating is presented in a new light: It doesn’t have to be inconvenient, time-consuming or limiting. We aim to incorporate effortless healthy eating into the busy lifestyles of our consumers.

Insights we found from our busy working expats and locals (target audience) that eating healthy is challenging due to 3 factors; inconvienient to keep track of how their healthy diet, limited in choices for those with dietary restrictions, organic food are perceived too “ang moh” (westernised) that does not befit those with a crave for their local food.

We transformed the consumer experience for Supernature by reimagining every touchpoint in their journey. Our approach ensured seamless engagement, driving healthier choices and promoting sustainable habits. This redesign focused on creating a cohesive and rewarding ecosystem for consumers across digital and physical platforms.
